AlcheMood LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the BioBreathe™ application, its Apple Watch functionality, the AlcheMood website, or related waitlist and contact forms.
1. BIOBREATHE APP INFORMATION
BioBreathe is designed to minimize the collection and use of personal information.

2. HEART-RATE AND HEALTHKIT INFORMATION
When you grant permission, BioBreathe may read heart-rate information through Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch.
Heart-rate information is used during a breathing session to support real-time breathing guidance and biofeedback functionality.
BioBreathe does not save individual heart-rate measurements to AlcheMood LLC servers or to the app’s CloudKit session records. AlcheMood LLC does not sell, rent, or use HealthKit information for advertising or marketing.
Apple requires users to grant permission before an app may access supported HealthKit information. You may deny or revoke BioBreathe’s HealthKit access through your Apple device’s privacy and health settings. Apple also prohibits HealthKit information from being used for advertising or sold to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
BioBreathe is not intended to provide medical monitoring, diagnosis, treatment, emergency detection, or clinical decision-making.
3. SESSION INFORMATION
BioBreathe may create and store the following information about a breathing session:

4. ICLOUD AND CLOUDKIT STORAGE
BioBreathe currently stores session information in the user’s private Apple CloudKit database.
This allows session information to be retrieved through supported BioBreathe installations associated with the user’s Apple iCloud account.
Apple states that information in a private CloudKit database is accessible only to the user by default, belongs to the user, counts toward the user’s iCloud storage, and is not visible through the developer portal.
AlcheMood LLC does not operate the CloudKit infrastructure and does not store BioBreathe session information on independently operated AlcheMood LLC servers.
CloudKit and iCloud processing are also governed by Apple’s applicable privacy policies, terms, security practices, and user settings.
An active iCloud account and compatible device settings may be required for CloudKit functionality. If CloudKit is unavailable, some session-saving or synchronization features may not operate as intended.
5. WATCH-TO-IPHONE TRANSFER
BioBreathe may transfer session information between a paired Apple Watch and iPhone so that completed sessions can appear within the BioBreathe iPhone application.
This transfer may include the session identifier, date and time, duration, and selected post-session response.
BioBreathe does not intentionally include individual heart-rate measurements in the session record transferred from the Watch to the iPhone.
6. DELETING APP INFORMATION
BioBreathe includes functionality that may allow users to clear stored session history.
When a user clears session history through the app, BioBreathe requests deletion of the corresponding session records from the user’s private CloudKit database.
Deleting the app from a device may remove information stored locally on that device, but may not by itself delete records previously stored in the user’s private CloudKit database.

7. WEBSITE, WAITLIST, AND CONTACT INFORMATION
The AlcheMood website is separate from the BioBreathe app’s HealthKit functionality.

When you voluntarily provide a phone number and consent to receive text messages, AlcheMood LLC may send BioBreathe launch-related text updates.

16. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
BioBreathe and the AlcheMood website are not directed to children under 13 years of age.
AlcheMood LLC does not collect personal information from children under 13 through BioBreathe. BioBreathe does not require an account and does not use advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics.
If AlcheMood LLC learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally sufficient authorization, it will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
17. INTERNATIONAL USERS
BioBreathe and the AlcheMood website are operated from the United States.
Website information may be processed in the United States or other locations where AlcheMood LLC’s service providers operate.
Users outside the United States understand that applicable privacy protections and legal requirements may differ from those in their jurisdiction.
18. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
AlcheMood's website may include links to third-party websites or services, such as the Apple App Store, to provide access to BioBreathe and related resources. When you leave the AlcheMood website, your interactions with those third-party websites or services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use.
19. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
AlcheMood LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
An updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. When appropriate, AlcheMood LLC may provide additional notice through the website, the app, email, or another reasonable method.
